Oulrish, can u please help me here?Thank you
You will wait to get a decision made or if the agent processing your application requires it additional document requests. What happens after Medical Status changed to "pass"?
Thank you...Normally, how long does that take either DM or Doc Request? You will wait to get a decision made or if the agent processing your application requires it additional document requests.
LVO email: LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.caMany thanks for such an informative reply! All information you provided is extremely helpful.
I'll read about the GCMS notes and mostly likely apply for them just to be up to date as much as possible. After applying, how long does it take to get the notes?
When it comes to communications with LVO I only got the link to the webform that you kindly posted in your message too, but no other contact information. If I don't heat from them for a longer while, I'll resort to the webform. The only communications I got was the notification about file transfer that my sponsor got so far.
Fingers crossed it won't take long to hear back from LVO.
For all things LVO, follow these two threads.Hi all,
First of all congrats to everyone who is so close to getting or got COPR!
I have a few of questions. My file was transferred to London VO on July 25th. I passed my med exam and got a message about it (and update on gckey) on July 27th. My gckey states 'in progress ' for both Background check and the application / decision altogether (I sent in my schedule A long time ago as per cpc's request). No additional docs needed. When can I expect to hear from VO? What's the next step? Did they ask you for biometrics or sent a request for your passport to issue a COPR straightaway? How do I contact London VO?
Also, I read that some of you applied for GCMS notes. Could you advise how to do that and what information does it provide in terms of PR applications?
Thanks!
Natalia
Awesome! Thanks for the threads and email address. I'm sure they'll come in very handyFor all things LVO, follow these two threads.

Hi, which stage are you at? Could you clarify which documents you are talking about? Thank you.Oulrish, can u please help me here?
What are the exact documents you uploaded? Are there only four documents to sign going by the new checklist? Exactly, How did you arrange your documents?
Both of those things depends on your individual application and the VO you are assigned to. You can check the Jan-April spreadsheets and see what others at your VO have had for timelines but your individual application may be different. Best thing you can do is just wait it out, keep checking CIC online and ECAS until you see some changes.Thank you...Normally, how long does that take either DM or Doc Request?
