When I e-mailed them they replied with acknowledgement of receiving the documents a few days after. Also on GCKEY it changed from additional documents needed to no additional documents needed.

The pr0blem is LVO will reply to email after 28 days. after we submitted the rprf receipt , there's no update. I'm worried that they did not received it. I hope they will update our gckey before Sept 18.

Did you try to contact them to see if anything else is needed or to confirm they received it. I received an update about 45 days after the RPRF receipt so I think yours will be fine. I didn't hear anything after the receipt until now.

Yes i did I emailed them but they will not response not until after 28 days. I hope everything is fine. It will be due in Sept 18 but still didn't get any response from them . This waiting game is getting me crazy !

i just saw my account and it says we need more docs to continue processing your app. i also ordered GCMS notes. but i hsvent got GCMS notes yet (ordered on Aug 10).
you said u did case specific inquiry, is it through GCKey?
