Help guys what is aor2 !?
When ur file gets transferred to principal applicants visa office and you get an email or that visa office would send an another email that they received the file !?

The VIsa Office will send you another email acknowledging receipt of your application.

Our file was transferred to Ottawa VO and we got a request for medical check how ever all of the approved hospitals in Korea have an over 30 day waiting period. I was wondering how do I notify Ottawa VO that we will be a little late in getting the medical check? I can't seem to find a direct phone number for their office and every time I call the main office they always hang up on my because they are too busy...

Use this email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. They are very good at responding within a day or two. Make sure to quote your application number in the subject line. Also including your full name, date of birth, and UCI will help.

Hi. In MyCIC, under "Review of additional documents", it says NOW "We do not need additional documents" and BEFORE it says "We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details".

I submitted Schedule A last June 9 thru mail as it was the additional doc they are requesting. Does that mean it's already been attached to our app?

I had the same situation. It should be attached by now. You should expect to receive the 'transfer' email soon.

I am outside of canada. What number should i call? Im using hangouts. This is the number i was calling +16139444000. I will try to call again tomorrow since call centers are open until 4pm i guess.

Hi, yes that would be a correct assumption as Mississauga will not transfer your file if any documents are missing. Congrats!
