Hey guys, so after i got the email a couple of days ago about CIC receiving my schedule A and PCC and being informed that its been forwarded to the responsible office, I just got a message in our GC account to upload a schedule A form (and the upload button is validated). I don't understand because i thought they had already received it. And the review of additional documents stated "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded." Can anyone assist?

The call centre system has been updated and includes more information in regards to applications and what stage they are at! The call centre number is the same but the options and promps have changed!

I was planning to call tomorrow so the 1 , 1, ,1 ,1 option probably don't exist .

You should call right now! There's a option to get more info without speaking to a agent like when they received your applications, if medicals were successful, whethadditional docs are required, no interview needed, reviewing eligibility etc.

I just called & it says "additional docs have been received & medical has been requested" , so phone system has glitch like online portal as well or we can rely on this?

You can still call. Fastest combination to reach an agent without having to key in Application# or UCI#:

1 - Status Information
2 - Change Address
0 - Speak to an agent.

1. In timelines, I saw all 5 violet-colored user records at the top who received AOR2
2. In Summary, I do not see my ECAS day count.

Dragging the rows breaks the references in the summary. I've fixed the summary sheet.

Hi - There hasn't been an update to our ECAS status other than the "Application received for PR on 26th April" from two weeks ago. We recently uploaded the PCC and Sched A form on the online portal. Should we call and enquire?

In the same position here, uploaded the Schedule A and PCC on April 22nd, no update on file since. Let me know if you end up calling them.

Edit: There is a line saying that Medical is passed, but nothing else.

We received the request for medical today with the message which is great. How ever all of the hospitals in Korea have over a month waiting time... Looks like I have to call our VO and see what we can do...

if you're trying to get CIC on the phone, try using one of the non-permanent residence/sponsorship options like TRV if you're unable to get into the phone que to speak to someone. they may have shorter ques so you can at least get in the wait list to be transferred to an agent

i was in que on the phone and the lady that answered said that I had actually called the que for temporary residence so she transferred me to the correct department that handles sponsorship. though it did include quite a long wait

also just to share a bit of info for those who have already provided the medicals, SchedA, and PCC but are seeing "additional documents needed....check messages" in your CIC but are not as lucky to get on the phone with CIC:

I just got off the phone with CIC to check what those additional documents needed were and they agent confirmed, at least for my application, I can disregard he message and there is no other documents needed and attributed it to a glitch in the system

Did your message change in my CIC account soon after ending up call with them. For me its still the same

I would recommend you still try call them to make sure simply because my application may have different circumstances than yours
