In my experience ip means u got sa ty

any idea if they record in the file how many times and when we called them? anyway they didn't take my receipt number so they can't record anything if they do, but I'm just wondering.

you think better to try again later today or just wait. it is only day 44. lots of people have or had to wait longer.

I'm getting very worried now.. My app was recieved April 26 and up till now I have not gotten SA.. My major concern is that I can't even access sponsors side of Ecas, I can only access PA side

Don't worry!! I'm in the same boat pretty much. App received April 27th, and no SA. I can't access the Sponsor side either, only the PA side and it still just says application received and two lines, when it was received and medicals received

yes I have seen references made by the call center agent to past calls. in all of the reading I have done I can not recall a case where if the application made it to missisauga and it disappears. my personal view is that people are calling too often and too soon. i would love to know every minute but it is out of my hands.

You can call as many times you want it wont affect your file.....

Remember it wont be added to your immigration file....but for call centre agents references only...so they can assist you faster ...ty

oh i didnt know you need sa for a visit visa of your spouse? How does that work?

SA is not required for a trv. The trv's are processed by different office's.

Haha lol applying for a trv and convincing the IO is harder than pr application and it is one of the many ways of convincing the officer. ..ty

I call call center everyday in the morning and they tell me it is still in process...I don't know what to ask him/her to know where my file is. Atleast if they tell me that I am approved...I will be relieved. :-X
