Ugh I need some hope and/or know I'm not the only one on this lonely island. Has anyone had their application received last week of April (Mine was April 25th) and has SA?? Or who is still waiting? I'm at 49 days awaiting SA ::)

75 days for me..no S.A or doc request. Not the only one..i m pretty much stop counting.

Just logged in to ecas and it says Decision Made. I'm in complete shock, this was better than any timeline I could imagine.
App received April 8
AOR April 30
SA May 16
DM: June 12

Are we supposed to get an email too confirming the DM or is it just waiting for COPR? Husband is from the US so I'm guessing they may not request the passport? What happens now, I haven't even researched this far ahead because I wasn't expecting DM till fall.

Can I ask what date you wrote for intent to move? It would help me to know. Thanks!

I would like to kindly ask people not to change my processing time to 17 from 10 in the April spreadsheet because 10 is what it says for Bosnia-Herzegovina. Thank you.

Don't expect an email. I got DM just a few days before you as well. You should expect your COPR in the mail within the next couple weeks most likely. Ottawa almost never requests passports for Americans.

I honestly can't remember writing that anywhere. I live in Canada (the sponsor) so our application basically indicated that my husband would move here once he got PR. I didn't realize it would happen so soon so we will be planning his move ASAP!

Thank you, he'll be looking out for the COPR in the mail. Let us know when you get yours!

I definitely will. I'm in Canada right now (principal applicant), so I'll probably get mine a little sooner. It should give you a good idea of when to expect yours if everything goes like I'm expecting.

May I ask what number you called? I tried calling CPC Ottawa and they were not helpful and could not tell me anything and didn't ask for the application number or anything.

i was calling cpc-m, not ottawa, so i cant help you there.

May you all have a good week from cic

oooh I am interested to know if the expiry date is in 2 months, 3, 6 or when because of what I was told by Ottawa. The expiry date is not always the same as the medical exam.

Well maybe I'll try calling them. What's their number for us out of NA people? Thanks!

There isn't one. Some people have luck calling outside of Canada by using skype or google hangouts, or another online calling service. Technically people who are outside of Canada aren't even supposed to call. 1-888-242-2100
