Guys. I did what I could.
called them and they were no help at all.
I think we're going to buy flights for December. Hopefully December is soon enough for them. It's for less than 6 months from now. The visa should not expire by then right? Apparently the visa expiration is not dependent on the medical exam. It might be 6 months after issue, unless the med exam is before 6 months. This is what I think. Do you think the plane tickets will be enough proof of intent to re-establish on top of everything else. This is so crazy. I've wanted to move for years. I've been pushing my husband and now he's all gung ho and they think I'm not. Why would I spend all the money and time.

Guys, after my phone call with CIC and hearing that my application hasn't really been touched (I'm at 50 days and only got AOR1), I have decided I want to apply for visitor visa for my wife to come here.
The visitor visa (at least for my country of origin) requires a medical exam to be done as well. She just did it few months ago for our Spousal Application. Can we submit the same confirmation sheet of that medical exam for this new application as well?
My logic would say yes, however, on the sheet there is this item that says "family class" or something. Has anybody had this kind of experience before?

Do an MP enquiry

Sorry. I know how frustrating this is. I don't know how to help.

Does that mean we just call the MP? Do you know the email or MP of Toronto/Ontario?

It certainly can be called a celebration. Now days it is really up to the people involved. Definetly not culturally offensive.

Ok. I emailed the MP and here is the list in case anyone needs to do the same:

I hope you won't need to but if it's taking long, then go ahead and do it. In the formal email, I explained my situation and the confusion regarding the date for intent to re-establish. I gave our info and hopefully things will get done. My MP is a conservative..... don't know if that will help or hinder. What do you think? I chose him based on where my parents live.

Hello,

I need some guidance, My husbands application shows In process. CIC received my file on April 25th , I got AOR1 on May 12 and I still don't have my SA and I can't access my sponsor side on ecas. How come my Husband (Principal applicant's side) shows In-Process and there is still only one line says Application received on April 25th?

Do you think this is an error or Is it AOR 2? I am trying to call CIC but line is busy all the time even if I call first thing in the morning.

Thank you!!!

Hi. Yes you absoluetly can use the medical your wife did for the FAM. If you apply online you would have to upload the paper you got from the doctor (the one you have sent along with your app). I had this experience before (got approved with visitor visa).

We were on the same situation. But after receiving AOR2 from designated VO..it changed to "We are processing.....". On the Sponsor side, still no news, NO SA and still cannot access ecas. But keep in mind that your APP is moving on a bright side! :)

technically it should not matter that your mp is a conservative. It is all handled by their staff anyway. I hope this works for you. It does sound though like reapplying may be your only option.
