Doesn't matter where they were born. If one parent is a Canadian citizen, so are the children. They just need to apply for the citizenship/ Canadian passports.

Just a question again. So, I'm sponsoring my wife which is on visitors with me here Canada (I'm Canadian), we got married January of this year. We sent in a outland application because we heard it is faster than inland and also she can go back home and visit family while it is being processed. Now, I've been reading a lot of people talking about "VO's", I'm a bit confused to where her VO is, since we applied outland within Canada, we sent our application to Mississauga Ontario. My wife is from Lithuania.

I'm going out on a limb here and although I don't know for sure the answer and don't feel like checking I'm gonna go ahead and say Warsaw.

I think johnybegood meant what visa office will the PR application be processed. What country is she from?

As she is from a visa-exempt country, she will likely not have too many issues coming back into Canada. Be clear with the CBSA when she tries to return that she is only "visiting" you. This means minimal luggage and proof of ties to her home country just in case they ask.

She is from Lithuania sorry missed this response.

I'm not familiar with what visa office processes Lithuanian applicants, but as IAmBule said maybe Warsaw. When people refer to VOs here, normally they are talking about where the application is sent to after SA. Everyone's application starts out at CPC-Mississauga for SA, and after that they forward the application to a foreign visa office, which is normally chosen based on nationality/residence, but lately they've been shuffling applications around more and more (lots of applications have been sent to Ottawa lately other than American applicants or those residing in Canada).

For instance, American applicants are normally not processed in the U.S. They are normally forwarded to Ottawa, which is inside Canada. If an interview is necessary, the application is forwarded to Los Angeles, USA.

Just in case, if its in Warsaw, does she only have to wait till something happens or what?

How do you know where her visa office is? Do you have a link so we can check it too?

Whatever her visa office ends up being, the next communication you will likely receive will be AOR2 sent from that visa office to the PA (some offices don't send this). If an interview is required they will notify the PA. If they need to request a passport, they will do that. It's basically a waiting game from here on out unfortunately.
