Whatever her visa office ends up being, the next communication you will likely receive will be AOR2 sent from that visa office to the PA (some offices don't send this). If an interview is required they will notify the PA. If they need to request a passport, they will do that. It's basically a waiting game from here on out unfortunately.

Will the AOR2 be sent to her home address in Lithuania or be sent here to Canada? I asked this because just in case she comes for a visit again in Canada while its on process.

If she listen an email in her application, it should be sent to her email. If not and they were to mail it for any reason, they would mail it to whatever she listed as her mailing address.

Does anybody know what's happening next? Should I call there? I mean decision made could also mean the opposite. Which is most likely not the case. I think they would want to have more document first.
