Lol, wow, I've never seen "poor" ratings go down either. Well, continue helping people ;D. That's all that matters really in the end (along with asking questions too of course).
i hear you lol and you are right

Does anybody know if an officer decides to refuse your app(because of applicant eligibility or relationship not being genuine), would they even bother to ask for police clearance and/or redo medical exam? Or would they send refusal letter right away? I feel like have a good chance to get refused and would love to prepare for reapply.

Usually, if they have concerns that they relationship isn't genuine they would ask for more proof of relationship and/or an interview before they would refuse an application based on that.

exactly, an application can't just be refused out right. an interview must be called or additional requests need to be ignored before they can reject an application.

But then what if it's applicant eligibility? To make it clear I feel like I will be refused because there was a six week gap during our one year cohabitation. In this case would they even bother to call for an interview, if the officer is not satisfied with our break?

again, they can't just reject the application because there is a 6 week gap in your cohabitation. they need to either a) call you in for an interview to explain and made a decision or b) request more proof of cohabitation and documentation that explains the gap and make a decision and/or call an interview.

for all you know, this isn't even an issue in the visa officer's mind. we tend to criticize and nitpick our own applications without realizing that the things we "see" and "think" are red flags generally are not red flags in the eyes of the officer. stop assuming you know what the officer will "think" or "feel" about your application. you don't.

Your application was submitted in april, that's hardly 2 months ago. relax. there will be a lot of waiting in your future, and at this point, no news is good news. wondering about all the "what ifs" will drive you crazy and does not do any good. think about getting approved and moving to canada rather than all the reasons why you should be rejected.
