If anyone here is getting near/at the official processing time for SA, don't worry. They didn't approve mine until 51 days after they received my application and they didn't send an email until a week later, which had the wrong SA date as a result.

If you're having trouble accessing your eCAS and you're over the 43 day time, go ahead and call 1-888-242-2100 and press 2>1>1>0 to get to a representative and let them know you can't access the sponsor's side of your eCAS and you'd like to check the status of your application. Please note that if you log in with the applicant's information, then it's normal not to see the sponsor's side.

CPC-M seems to be backed up and unreliable right now, so hang in there if you're still waiting ;D.

Wistfully, I'm on day 46 now since CIC received my apps.
I can't wait to find out what's going on and hear some good news from them. Hopefully..

That's too bad. I think CPC-M is just being slow about entering information into peoples' eCAS accounts. The sponsor's side likely won't say anything beyond "in process" anyways though. I haven't seen anyone update to "decision made" on their SA side. I think you'll likely get the SA email in the next batch ;D. Mine came a week late.

That's too bad. I think CPC-M is just being slow about entering information into peoples' eCAS accounts. The sponsor's side likely won't say anything beyond "in process" anyways though. I haven't seen anyone update to "decision made" on their SA side. I think you'll likely get the SA mail in the next batch ;D. Mine came a week late.

This number doesnt work from australia. You know if they have another number or can you post the link to where that number can be found?

As far as I know that's the only number that exists for the call center. I've heard some people have had luck calling outside of Canada by using google hangouts/skype/other online calling/messenger services. Technically, people who live outside of Canada aren't supposed to call the center at all, but I think that's unfair.

try 613.944.4000... this is what google was telling me.. i am inside Canada; therefore i cant try.. maybe one of you American can help out. otherwise, use gmail.. it's free anywhere in North America.

Now that my PA side has been "in process" for a few days I'm started to get anxious again, hah. I can't help but wonder how much of my application they have actually worked on yet, who is processing it, what they think of our relationship, etc.
