I have been trying to aacess using application number, UCI ...none of these is working.
I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.

Seems to be completely random. I can access the pa side but not the sp. Which makes no sens as the sp is dealt with first.

Random thought I had: what happens if a person is granted PR but decides NOT to land? Anything? Does the process just start again if they decide to do it in the future? Does it negatively effect them for that application?

The visa would expire and they would have to requalify.

The VO might wonder why they didn't land if plans didn't change and the sponsor moved to be with the PA I'd imagine. As for actually affecting the second app I have no idea as I've never heard of someone not wanting to land lol.

disappointing,,,,,, ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

I can access the sponsor's side with UCI number. For The PA side I habe to use the application number... maybe this works for some of you guys.

Person is generally expected to be in Canada after receiving COPR. It would impact the future application, unless there is a valid and compelling reason.

I read in a post: if you would land you can get out of country for 3 years out of 5. So you technically could land get your PR card and go back.
Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

Yes, but you have to be careful because it's possible if the CBSA officer you deal with while landing suspects you're not ready to move permanently, they can refuse to land you.

And I believe you have to spend 3/5 years in Canada.

It's actually 730 days (2 years) out of each rolling 5 year period.
