Just called CIC to ask about my SA, the agent who answered was very nice, she said sponsor was approved June 16th and sponsor will get an email within the week.. Everyone who applied thesame time as me can call CIC to know about their approval. My file was recieved April 27th

Nice! Mine was received same day as yours but I haven't been able to get through to the call center all day it keeps saying that they are so busy they can't even put me on hold

unless you guys submitted the representative form and appointed each other as a representative, CIC will not give you any information about the sponsor application. Only the sponsor can call to get information about the sponsor information, if there are no representatives assigned.

Thanks CDNPR2014 for the info! We didn't submit the representative form. I will get my husband to try calling CIC first thing in the morning tomorrow.

SA approved 2 weeks ago and still no update :/ logging in with sponsor details as mine won't work but still should show process on PR side shouldn't it?

It should, but eCAS hasn't been working right for many people lately.

I applied for my CSQ on May 25, 2016 and it was approved on June 14, 2016

Thanks for the reply! Hoping it would be less than a month for me too. Did you have to send the CSQ by email or does MIDI send it to the VO?

Haha yeah i know but i dont care about the cic notification anymore because my file started processing from june 13 onwards. .

OMG ecas changed to in process this morning! No third line yet though. On hold with cic to see if they will tell me anything

Update: the agent on the phone was super nice but said that my sponsorship was still being assessed and I haven't been approved yet and the file was still in Canada. She said she saw that I was over the processing time and she sent an email to the office. Not really sure what I think now! She said I should be hearing something very soon.
