How did it end up going? Did you have any issues with AirCanada at the airport? I'm in the exact same situation as your wife. I didn't have enough time to update my pr card after I got my new passport with a new last name but will have to fly to Japan in a week or so.

I received copr through Canada Post this morning! We are planning to do flagpoling at some point this summer.

Thanks. The address that the document needs to go is PO Box 9780..so I didn't think I could use couriers! I was talking to a store clerk at Canada Post yesterday, and she recommended I wait and see till the weekend is over. After the weekend, we might get to know better of what they do for...

Does anyone know if we need to use Canada Post to send documents responding to PPR? Or can we use some other private couriers?

I received an email from CPC-Ottawa at 7:30 pm local time. It's apparently one of those Passport Request emails. I'm happy how fast they are processing so far, but at the same time, I'm very worried about the upcoming Canada Post strike..so I would like to send my documents as soon as tomorrow...

I started getting an access to ecas today, 5days after AOR1. For some reason, it lets me log in only with my info (PA) and application number (F00xxxxxxx), but not with my sponsor's info. I'm not quite sure why my sponsor's info doesn't work but I would wait and see. Anyways, hope yours...
