Hi guys, seems no much progress to the April applicants. Since application goes into process...it's kind of stopping there... no much "transfer to local office" for April applicants.

I aggree with you. I think if processing continues like this, applications will not finalized within one year as CIC mentioned before.

Hi All

Some update... My wife got her aplpication "In-Process" on July 16... AOR was on 18 June. We applied separately from Toronto, so it will be a single application.

My status is still "Received" ... my AOR was also June 18

Question: Should we expect to see "Transfer to Local Office" in status... since the description of "In-Process"

" Your file has been sent to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada
(CIC) office closest to your home for processing.
The CIC office will complete the necessary steps for a citizenship
judge to make a decision on your application. If additional
information or documents are needed, the CIC office will contact
you."

Hey man

I wrote my test yesterday as well and was told to expect the oath letter in October. I was like what? why is it so far? and the citizenship official told me that they are bookin in for the month of October. I was just wondering if any of the other guys who wrote their test yesterday at London CIC got the same response.....

Cheers

Congrats.
So there is no LOT line. So every one in process should expect test invotation any time without LOT.
Has anyone else received test invitation without LOT.

I do believe they are still only few who get the test invite without any transfer to local office line on ecas.

My wife got her transfer to local office few months ago before she attended the test.
I did call CIC 10 days ago and they confirmed that my application is still in Sydney office and did not get transferred to Montreal office yet...
