SA received in June (middle number), not March (first number)

IMM5490,sponsored spouse questionnaire,on page 03 point no.17 question is when was the marriage arranged??
what answer should be gave .1) engagement date ??(on my engagement day we finalize our marriage date) or
2) simply our marriage date. Some body told me to mentioned /answer the date on which your marriage finalize so i am confused

write the date you finalized ur marriage. Not the marriage date(Hope this is an arranged marriage)After all you need to give a description about ur engagement. So enter u finalized the date of marriage at the time of ur engagement while writing ur description. Do not confuse them.be very clear

I'm fed up now Saini . I called them this morning but no avail.. she said we are processing April 7th , so just wait till you receive it in the mail .... I said what mail , and she said yes sometimes we send it out by mail and don't email.. Great just Great.

Jay your app is through the Ottawa office? We are waiting so long for the mississauga office hope we get something I m really loosing patience wen the file transfers the wait is so big again I don't know what they are doing

Hey guys,
After 44 days, yesterday CIC e-mailed and asked for complete and signed IMM 5540 form. My spouse is pretty sure that it was included in the application but don know why CIC asked it again. Anyway, there is no option but to send the form again. Could you please advise me which is the latest (current) IMM 5540 form. At least, the CIC is doing sth to our files. Its a good news.
