Hey arrodig I submitted file on the 9th as well we have to wait they updated the site but they are processing apps received on the 7th so hopefully sometime midweek we should hear fingers crossed

So every week they process 3 days of files... With this speed I will get my AOR at the of June or beginning of July when I submitted my file the processing time was 28 days, now it's 52... What went wrong at CIC I am really curious?!!??

The only possible reason I believe is the amount of application they received. Many of us got married this December, Jan and Feb ;D .its just an assumption..

There are so many possibilities of process getting delayed. Yes we can make ourselves comfortable by guessing what's going wrong. Hope for the best. Expecting all April Applicants get their AOR And SA by mid June.

Hey saini ull b getting AOR dis week coz working on 7th april applications means checking nd den giving SA. So till dey reach to process 9th April ull get ur AOR. I got my AOR ven dey said dey r processing 4th April but dey received my file on 7th april. Good luck.

Just a quick question as me and my wife were discussing the documentations over and over again.

1) when we print the reciept of payment which is $1040.00. Whos details should we fill? Mine being a sponsor or my wife being an applicant? There is all sort of details such as name, UCI number, address and everything.

You the applicant who paying the fee need to fill those details..In my case i even put my UCI number on it :-X but some says u need to leave that(UCI) blank.

Thanks gagan I am waiting eagerly to hear something I think so to but they are so slow I guess it helps wen it transfers to Delhi cause as everyday passes they processes more there to all we can do it wait which really sucks

Thanks for your prompt response. Yes that's what I did too. I also put my name and my details along with my uci number.

I called cic and they would not explain what the reasons are. Just pray that they don't wait till middle of July to inform you of a outdated form or request additional information. I submitted application March 20. On April 30, they asked me to mail in a new form. That one new form was recieved at Mississauga on May 8, and they of course told me that is my new application date and they won't look at my file until then. I asked them, will I have to wait until August just for AOR!!???? He really did not understand my question. I explained very slowly, you are only processing three days a week of applications and only now working on stuff received April 4 (when I called this was the date on website). At this rate, it will Be August before getting to May 8. He said yes expect to hear something in August.

For those who are still waiting, if you think there is any possibility something is missing or an old form used or anything like that, send it in now, will likely save you 3 months of waiting for SA.
