I used 2012 also . I was planning on putting my application in at the end of Feb, but i had to wait for my marriage certificate then the medical get getting cancelled for my step son.It won't matter, if they want this years they are going to have to ask

i don't plan to file my 2013 taxes until i move back to Canada... So really if they want my money they can hurry up haha

Really Sorry guys. I was not in the city from last 2 weeks, and was not able to update the spreadsheet.

I updated the spreadsheet with latest information i have in this thread. If i missed anything, Please let me know.

I had also applied under visit visa to take part in convocation ceremony of my spouse but the visa rejected. So, I personally don't think applying for visit visa would be fruitful.

Hey guys! From March applicants thread I see that CIC has been now working on files receved on March 31st. Chances are CIC will start processing April applicants this week!!! (I HOPE) ;D

Believe it when I see it.

There are still quite a few missing apps in March for some active forum posters so we'll see.

I sure hope so though.. I could use some good news, my fear isn't that I'm not eligible, but that they think my proof to return home is weak. All i really sent is a letter from my boss saying my contract expires in August and that I have told him my plan is to return home with my wife when PR is approved. In the applicant documents i have few letters from friends excited about our return and also my mother saying she is looking forward to our return and allowing us to stay at their place indefinitely.

All I did was write a letter stating that I will be returning with husband and kids when my husband gets approved.. and I got my SA approved last week..

Nope no job to go to and the job I have now I will be leaving as soon as we leave Australia. However my letter to CIC states we will be staying with my parents until we can find jobs and a home of our own.
