Hi guys,
I received the medical request, RPRF and they asked me to send them a police certificat.
I did the medicals on the 25 of june.
I paid the RPRF on the 2nd on july and I sent them the police certificat on the 10th I think.
I think that the next step is the PPR.
My BWOP was supposed to end the first of august, so I went to the border to have a new one. They gave me one with 2 years in it ....

Guys, I just called CIC about my PR application. The agent said my files are waiting for the final decision. Strange thing is in my last talk with them another agent said my background/security check is ongoing, but not this time. So, does this mean a decision will be made on my case very soon?

Below is my timeline:

AOR: April, 2015
MR: Jan 31, 2015
RPRF: May 21, 2015

Hi Team,

Please add my details to APR 2014 sheet.

Medical Req for Spouse: June 9th, 2015
Medical Req for PA: July 4th, 2015
RPRF Fee Request: June 11th, 2015 paid on 18th June 2015
eMedicals Done for all: June 27th, 2015
Spouse PCC pending sent on (not asked by CIC till date): July 2nd, 2015
eCASE Status: In process changed on June 4th, 2015

Passport Req: Waiting

Please update my status in XL:

Decision made : July 20, 2015
PPR : July 21, 2015
Visa Stamped: July 30, 2015

Thanks everyone for providing guidance. This forum rocks!... For those who are waiting, I am pretty sure the day is not too far away. All the best!

what if your medicals expire before CIC issues you a Copr?

Hi all, I am an April 2014 CEC applicant following this very informative forum for a long time. Yesterday, my ECAS status was changed from "In process" to "Decision Made", but with some unusual comments:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 14, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 8, 2014.
3. We started processing your application on July 20, 2015.
4. We sent you medical instructions on November 6, 2014 to [My previous address]. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the correspondence to the wrong address, please contact us.
5. Medical results have been received.
6. We sent you correspondence on March 13, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Usually, from what I understood from this forum, when the status changes to "Decision Made", there should be 4 timelines: Items 1,3,5 and a missed item in my case: "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision". The day before yesterday, I had only items 1,3, and 5 in my ECAS. In addition, [My previous address] was the address I changed it 4 months before Nov. 2014 and updated CIC at the same time.

Is there anyone here with the same experience? I appreciate your comments about my case.

I have same problem.....

last night my ECAS status changed:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on June 19, 2014.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 6, 2014.
3.We started processing your application on July 21, 2015.
4.We sent you correspondence on February 13, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. 5. Medical results have been received.

feb.13 they ask my proof of income 2014.

Thanks.

Strange, did they started to mentioned all the correspondance in the ecas status? Mine ecas is only showing 4 lines

Hi All,

My ECAS status just got updated

1. We received your application for PR ......
2. Medical results have been received.

Line two added just few days back. My status is still application received. I did upfront medical. Also they asked me to prove that I am planning to live outside Quebec. For which I did send documents last month along with my upfront medical receipt.

what could be next thing. Is medical received means my Quebec query is resolved and I am eligible for PR? Or it simply means they just received medical and found okay. Everything else is pending..

Any help ... Or suggestions please. How long I should wait still for PPR.

How long would it take after 3rd line " we started working on your application" to "decision made or PPR"?

Any ideas?

Guys,
I have added CIC Ottawa email address and a letter requesting CIC to prioritize our application better. We still need more applicants to sign this petition. I would urge you all to promote this link as much as possible, so CIC knows about US!!
