I did my landing at rainbow bridge, after a long wait this process is finally over. The whole process was really quick. I went to the rainbow bridge on foot and crossed to US side, they took leess than a minute to give me flagpole paper (I have a US visa but officer said you don't need it as you are not coming in), went back to Canadian side the custom officer sent me to Immigration building where they took 15-20 mins and called my name to sign COPR and thats it. I think it took me like 1 hour to get the whole thing done. I guess it was easier cuz it was a weekday .

You all here have been great help, I can't thank you enough. I wish each and every person waiting all the best, I pray and hope you get your PRs soon.

Awesome!!!!!
Congrats!!

Can`t wait to share my experience with you all.
I am still waiting for PPR.

Thank you sir. No I don't think I'm on the sheet.

My application was received on April 28,2014.
Aor June 4, 2014.

Got gcms twice and figured my file went for a second review after the second VO raised a concern regarding my employer having a residential address than commercial. But rep told me to wait and not to send any explanation.

My application was well presented. I did my upfront medical on May 20,2015. Since the due date on gcms was June 4, 2015. ECAS changed to I process on June 8. Rprf recieved on June, 11. PPR request was recieved on June 18,2015. Passport sent June,18 as we'll.

Gracias

Hi EPP,

Thank you very much. One more update from me for my case.

ECAS: "Decision Made" on 18 June 2015.

To those who have not heard anything regarding the Medicals, my advise is to go for upfront medicals. I never received Medicals or RPRF emails, the wait was getting longer and longer, So I went ahead and did both in advance and then all I had to wait was the Query of my intention of living outside Quebec followed by Ready for Visa email.

With gods grace all fell in place as anticipated.

Good luck all and have a great day.

Cheerss

Hi All;

Can somebody explain how to do upfront medical, regarding paper work and all other formalities of cic.

Thanks

Changed to decision made! What a relief! Thank god.

Hi,

I contacted CIC by phone on June 11th and the lady rep informed definitely my application has passed the normal processing time, she was herself not sure about whats taking so much delay in it.
She just informed me they have recieved my RPRF payment that i made in advance.
She just asked me to wait and nothing else. :(
She couldn't locate any additional documents or such queries that they might request from me to provide in order to justify the delay
I applied for GCMS on 30th May. Waiting for the month end to receive it and see whats going on. :(
