I don't think CIO office will check your work experience in detail. That will be done by a CIC VO. It sounds to me like the work experience in that one week was illegal. However I'd confirm this with a CIC call center agent. But I think you should be fine as you had over one year experience when you applied. At this point there's nothing much you can do but to stay positive or best, to forget about your PR and move on with your life. You're just worrying too much about your PR, you've done your best now let it go and hope for the best.

I know I m over reacting I guess but the the particular reason " I think I did work illegally for a week but not sure "

If you can see my last reply where I mention my situation about work!! Please let me know and my work permit is still not going to expire until next year in July .

Hi Backendcode,

Nothing to worry and don't get stress. you have not worked illegally. since you already applied before existing WP expired and it was pending on your PGWP decision, you were legal to stay back and work in Canada.
The reason behind delaying your AOR could be different, but I wish you will get AOR soon..stay cool..

Hi,

Just want to share my application and probably seek for advise, I sent my application April 7 and received AOR April 29. What do I expect next?

Here's my case I am separated and I can't get my kids with me here so I put not accompanying on my application. Even gave them letter of explanation and certificate that I am separated plus the annulment certification (meaning the case is still being processed in the Philippines)... Unfortunately kids are under their mother's custody so I asked her if she is willing to give them to me for a better future but she didn't want to. ... Now I think I gave CIC everything that they need from me, what's next after AOR?

Just wait for your MR or any other request from CIC.

I don't see any reason that your case should be concern. You've indicated already in the forms that your kids (and future ex-wife) will not come with you here in Canada - even gave some documents for support. CIC will request additional documents if deemed needed. For now, you just need to wait.

I have to send mine and spouse PCC's which I have not sent with the application. (application sent from India)

And in the main application for "Immigration Office requested for Processing of application for PR" I have mention as CPP-OTTAWA.

Can some one tell where should I send the additional documents please.
