Its not a mandatory document. Documents mentioned in your checklist are mandatory only. CIC will ask you if they require.

i gave CC details and it got charged on 20th and i recieved the mail on the 21st..

dont worry you will be recieving AOR shortly....

To add, CIC will do name database checking. If either your given or family name has match in that database, they'll ask for an RCMP police clearance.

Hey Backendcode, we haven't heard recent updates from you. Have you received AOR yet and are you checking ECAS update regularly, in this forum I have seen some people updated ECAS status but no AOR email. if no AOR then did you send email to CIO and what they are saying..
