If you are talking about the columns in our spreadsheet, the expected MR is the estimated date you will received your MR. This is not an official date or based on any immigration processing times. Do you know what is different between expected MR and Medical Request?
This additional information was added to give us applicants a visual benchmark based from the latest trending (currently from Sept 2013 applications). You may receive your MR a lot earlier (hopefully!) or on a later date (hopefully not!). 200 days is the current average days (as of May 9, 2014) from application received by CIO up to the MR received by the applicant - the average days of 200 will surely change and the spreadsheet can also be easily change.
