Do you know what is different between expected MR and Medical Request?

If you are talking about the columns in our spreadsheet, the expected MR is the estimated date you will received your MR. This is not an official date or based on any immigration processing times. This is just based on the latest MRs received by September 2013 applicants.

This additional information was added to give us applicants a visual benchmark based from the latest trending (currently from Sept 2013 applications). You may receive your MR a lot earlier (hopefully!) or on a later date (hopefully not!). 200 days is the current average days (as of May 9, 2014) from application received by CIO up to the MR received by the applicant - the average days of 200 will surely change and the spreadsheet can also be easily change.

In the spreadsheet April 2014, there are few CC charged but not received AOR's, what would be reason for that?

CC is always charged before the applicant receives the AOR.

So that applicant's CC charged on April 29th has still not received AOR yet or applicant has not updated the spreadsheet

In shcedule 8 form in the column where they ask me to write main duties.I just wrote only 3 main duties.Didnt attached any word document which states more main duties.Instead i kept all in company reference letter.So do i have to send that form again or else it will be fine.
My salary is around 30$/per hour.Does Vo think that his main duties are very few or else he will refer to reference letter.
Give me suggestion please!

Could be either way Sometimes users don't update the sheet right away, or sometimes it takes a day or two to receive
the AOR.

Main duties should match your NOC code. You don't have to list all your duties, because they are already listed in your letter of employment. Therefore, everything should be fine.

But i listed only 3 main duties.I didnt mention more main duties.
My salary is more but the main duties i mentioned is very few.Does it affect my appliation.If Vo gets any doubt does he ask for clarification or else he simply rejects the application.
