your application is in process since Sept 24th??

Do you guys know how long it takes for CIC to update the status from "application received" to "in process"?

For me it was about 4 months, but everyone's time line is different.

Yes since sept 24 2013

Hello friends, I have read in one of the forums that there could be slow-down between end of January and March (the end of the government fiscal year) - when quotas are filled and before new quotas are established for the coming fiscal year.

Is that true? does that even apply for AINP? Most of us have been waiting endlessly for PPR request.... And this note worries me so much... your views please....

in your case, it's 4 months starting "application received", not 4 months from receiving AOR, correct?
