I found after talking to some people on this forum based on their gcms notes. I am uncertain how cpp-o works but I am pretty sure about how CIO-NS work if applicant is inside canada.

Hope for the best guys !!

But I believe at the last stage it's all about CPP-Ottawa, CIO-NS is done with us since the date of "in process" right?

Once in process means criminal, medical, eligibility passed. then security is done even at CIO NS after in process. I am uncertain whether security check is completed by CIO-NS but I am sure it's being initiated by CIO-NS.

My guess is even security is completed by CIO-NS. The file then moves to ottawa. Then I am not sure how CPP-O works.

Hope this helps !

Btw mine is in registry on 17-sep as yours do. I will get my notes next week. I will update you whether I see assignment due date.

Thank you.

That will be beyond perfect! My notes was update until oct31, 2013, and we were both in registry on sep17, and we both applied under PNP right? What category were u applying? I actually applied in the student category under SINP, so ur info will be super valuable to me. Thanks!

Immigration is getting harder and harder in Canada. Here is the link about the major change on CEC
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/applications-accepted.asp

I don't know about any other provinces yet but for sinp, the situation is getting tougher next year. From January2, 2014, Masters and PHDs are both required job offers plus approval letter of course. And all applicant under student category must be finding jobs that are related to their study! Even worse, those jobs are only accepted in NOC 0, A, B and C. Which means the case of someone from university of tonroto working in McDonald in SK to get their PR will never happen again.
However sinp cut some slack for skilled workers, from Jan02,14, if skilled workers can provide a certain fund statement and a settlement plan to live in SK, they may not be required a job approval letter.
My personal thoughts about this change of SINP is they try to evenly distribute occupation, after all too many educated students apply immigration under those shitty jobs, so they want the students to do more technical jobs and leave the dish washing jobs to skilled workers lol

hey this is link in which some GCMS codes explaination.... hope it will help you guys...

You should send the screen shot of this part to them and ask them ?

Also, under finalize application; do you see any number after document issuance? any hints in notes? were you notes generated before 2013/09/06, if yes then I really doubt may be you have missed PPR email by them.

You have to send inquiry to Delhi. However, it's taking time for Delhi to issue MR. There are two guys (dipanchokshi & qajitender) here in this thread whose VO is Delhi. Try to PM them to check any development so far. Click the link below to compare your timelines with them.
