Depending where your application is forwarded to. Mine is Ottawa, so I sent my receipt to OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca

why? what happened to your docs? did you missed anything? im still waiting for my AOR. As per fedex tracking sheet it was received May 21 no feedback yet When did you submitted your docs to CIC CIO?

my file was rcvd on 21st may but my bank draft is still not withdrwan.

Thanks I also filled in CPP-Ottawa but how to find out that it been transferred to CPP-Ottawa and not to other Visa Office .

I indicated on my application that Ottawa is my preferrred choice, but I have no idea how to confirm it. I got my medical request from the CIO Office in Sydney right after receving the AOR. I assume that only Sydney CIO office would send out medical request to applicants that chose Ottawa on their applications. People who chose other overseas offices on the application would get medical request directly from the overseas office. But this is just my guess...
