Guy quick question. I recived my AOR last week and waiting for my medicle. my AOR email doesnt say which visa office they transfer my application to. In in Canada now and i requested CPP-Ottawa. how do i find out which visa office they sent to?

I found out as it was at the bottom of the Medical Request email.

If you are in Canada and requested CPP-Ottawa as your visa office, mostly CPP-Ottawa would be your visa office. But anyway, they will let you know what it is exactly at later stages...you don't need to worry about it.

Thank you for quick respond my concern is if they send it to Sri Lanka, Colombo(where i born) processing time is 18 Months that's a long time time compere to Ottawa. Well lets find out. Once again thank you

Go to the website of the VO processing your PR. There is a "webform" there where you can update personal information. Detailed instructions are in the website.

Movado, my ECAS has been updated with Medicals Received on July 08, 2013.

Also I have decided to pay the RPRF before getting the request from CIC. I emailed my RPRF receipts to CIC on June 27, 2013.

Appreciate if you could help me update the status.

I checked on line and it said Medical Received, but when I look at the spreadsheet you guys use there is a 'Medicals Received at IHS' - is this the next step?

I also went on line and paid my RPRF too, just in case it will speed things out e.g. dont have to wait for them to ask.

Hello Movado, thanks a lot.. Sad news my documents were returned - dated May 14, 2013... I'll resend it tomorrow morning....

pls advise how CIO informed you that your application was returned. Did they send any email or just returned whole application to your address with a letter stating that appllication returned.
