Please help, my ViSa application was received by CIO-NS last May 1, and still no AOR from CIO, my worry is our MPNP FAMILY STREAM NOMINATION will expire this july 4, what if there is still no reply frommthe CIO Till the expiration date of our nomination? What do you think will happend in our application? Its been 55days from now, and still no Aor from CIO, another thing is this is our 2nd visa application, the 1st one, was returned after 49 days, due to lack of documents on my spouse behalf. What do you think is the best thing to do? Should we email and follow up our application before or after expiraton? Hope to hear a reply from u, thank you.

As per LOA, your application should REACH CIO before its expiration date. In your case, it has reached CIO prior to expiry...so don't worry. So far, NO applicant in May receive AOR. Click the tracking sheet below for further info...

As per LOA, your application should REACH CIO before its expiration date. In your case, it has reached CIO prior to expiry...so don't worry. So far, NO applicant in May receive AOR. Click the tracking sheet below for further info...

Thank you for your quick response on my query, in case my LOA expired and still no AOR, should i email them to follow up my application? What if they returned it again, and our LOA is expired already? What will happend to our application? Are they giving considerations like extending the date of expiration of LOA? By the way, Thank you for the tracking sheet, i read the thread of April, and some of APRIL Applicants are still waiting for AOR. I hope before this week ends, we will receive AOR from CIO. thank you so much,

How did you pay the processing fee? by providing credit card details or bank draft? Check CC statement or your bank (for BD), if charged/encashed...it means that your application is already in process and expect AOR anytime this week or next week.

Thru bank draft, ok, ill check on our bank if it is encashed or not. I think that is the only best thing to do for now, to know if our application was on process, thank you so much, ill give u update. Thank u and god bless.

Me too...maybe they presume that we are 100% healthy and will proceed with PPR (joke!);D ;D ;D. The request is issued via email as confirmed previously by those who already received.

don't worry about your loa.. we submitted our papers last march and cio received it with 30 days left in our loa.. after 45 days of waiting we received aor via email.. timeline now for aor is more or less 60 days.. just keep on waiting..

Hi pimp, so as long as CIO received our application prior to the expiry of our LOA, there's no need to worry, right? What if they returned our application, and our LOA was already expired? What do you think will happen to our nomination? Are you also a filipino? Ang ipinag woworry ko lang naman talaga eh baka bumalik ulit application namin tas un LOA namin eh expired na, paano na yun nomination namin? thank u hope to hear a reply from u again. God bless

Is it unique or vary from visa office to visa office?
