any specific thing which your notes say? were your notes printed after due date? If yes, then I really doubt they are out of quota this year for PR under PNP.

Hey where can I find more info on this quota thing ? I think once you are nominated you are under the quota otherwise they wont nominate you, no ?

This is the quota for the visas being issued for the year 2013 which we suspect is full and that's why even with the due date passed, no PPRs are being issued. This will be fulfilled in the new year.

It is normally written in the news of cic every time they change something. If you follow cic annoucement closely, you will spot it. Their quota years count from Nov of each year to Nov of next year. Because Nov and Dec is for them to finallize all the paper works for year end. Like everyone said, if you missed the quota of this year (because of the buffalo file is backlog and now finallized), your chance would be Jan/Feb 2014

mine has been in process since sep 10th. do you guys think i can get my passport sent out and back before March 2014? planning a trip mid of march and i m scared that my case will be delayed then and they will ask for my PPR then :-[

So this quota is from federal not provincial ?
I have been googling to find concrete info on PNP quotas but no success. If someone can post link a regarding same, I will be greatful.
My suspicion is that they are prioritizing applications from Philippines and their backlog from buffalo, so the delay.

No that's not true. They are not prioritizing applications from Philippines but yes they have prioritized their Buffalo backlog. This quota is federal and has nothing related to Provincial except for QSW which is completely different.

Don't worry. You will get it in next year. Think of buffalo applicants who waited for nearly 2 years and have to spend their money twice on Medicals and PCCs. Have patience.

Lol I am being patient and I don't mind if I get it in Jan or Feb but I really wanna see the numbers of these quotas somewhere. Like you see it for FSW each year.. And now for CECs.
