Wondering if anybody (April 2013 applicants) received RQ ? If yes, did you hear back from them after filling the requested documents?

I was sent RQ and requested to provide additional documents which i sent them in the last week of October. I had tracking number on the package and it did reach safely. Since then no new news. Waiting for them to verify the RQ documents i sent them and for them to send me a test date. My file has already been transferred to the local office Scarborough. There is no update on ecas. It just mentions we started processing your application in May 2013.

What about you? They requested RQ from you as well? When did u send them. What is your local office? Any updates on your ecas?

When did they transfer your file to the local office? Before or after the RQ?
I sent back the requested documents at the beginning of this month. My file sitting in Saskatoon (live there when applied) but made change of address cause moved in August to an other province. So, theoretically my file was sent to the local office which is no more my local office . Waiting for an other transfer and of course the test date notification.

We called the CIC this morning. The agent informed us that our test is scheduled for December 12 in Mississauga. Now waiting for the letter with confirmation!

Yes, myself and two kids of mine No, no update on ecas yet, but I was told that the letter was mailed by Mississauga.

Hi sheb, thanks for the update! Do you mind to share your timeline? I applied in May 2012 and my file is in process since January 2013 : my file was transferred in April and still waiting for my test :'( In my case we are away for a bit longer, maybe 2 years (according to CIC we are allowed to live outside for up to 3 years ). We are definitely going back to settle in Canada, to our lovely Ottawa.

The sad part is, applicants who applied after me already got their test dates, for some even waiting for oath, I do not understand why am I still waiting, I am getting so concerned now :-X

NO transfer to local yet. Called last monday..
