You can send an email to Ottawa and tell them that you want to update your file and want to confirm if you can send the documents via email or hard copy. If they have your file they will ask you to send the documents. If it is New Delhi - they may let you know as well. Make sure you write your file # in the email.

Yes, you have to send it.

Once you received the AOR, confirm if your file is forwarded to Ottawa or still in Sydney , and then send it accourding to that..

Write a letter and include Client ID, File No on it. and ask them to add the NOA to your application

It is good to see lot of people are receiving their AORs. I filed on Apr 13th and the application was received on Apr 18th. Still no AOR

Received my AOR today at 7:00 pm EST. Here are my timelines:
App sent: Apr 25
App Received at CIO: Apr 29
AOR Received: Jun 14

Guys since we all finishing, getting our AOR, I planned to sort the spread sheet as the our date of receiving AOR, so it will be easy to everybody to get ready as others finish their next step and cross the fingers. hope every body ok with this. and please if you didn't fill you information properly do it.

I called them and they said.. Most likely my application will be returned . They asked me to try sending a email. I have done that.

I am too lucky.. They might have seen my email. My CC was charged yesterday and received my application number on the same day . Thanks everyone.
