My application reached Sydney, NS office on May 9th. I have given my credit card details for the processing fees. When should I see a charge on my credit card and by when should I expect the AOR email?
Does using a credit card delay the application process?

Thanks in advance

If they received you application on 9th May, probably they should charged you by now. anyway, you will get you AOR within or after 6week they received your application. somehow, sometime it got delay for some people to 7 to 8 week. make sure your credit card holding enough money to pay off, when they need. and yes it may cause to delay AOR. the best and fastest way to pay is Online.

AOR Received today!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

Shouldn't you be able to get this information through your agent? I assume you pay him/her, so you should have the right to get a proof of delivery and copy of the payment receipt. Otherwise try to call the call center and see if the agent is kind enough to look in the system and search for your UCI.

I came across this tracking sheet and have put in my info in it.
I am not sure what is the difference between ecase-app received and ecase-inprocess.
My status online says "In process"

And in there it says:

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 2, 2013 <-- (This was the day it was received in Sydney)

We started processing your application on May 13, 2013."

Yea i just check the tracking sheet and noticed your changes. And you mentioned that you got your AOR on may 9th? Anyway can you send the link or tell me how you start to check online application.

Its not letting me paste the link. Anywayz here's how you can get to it :

cic-homepage
-> Check Application Status and select PR from within Canada (or whatever applies to you)
-> Then select temp resident permit holders
-> Then right bottom click "Check Application status"
-> accept terms and click continue
->Use identification type : Application file number (from your AOR email) and fill in the details

You should be able to see the status there.
