Someone has messed up with our spread sheet again....

Somebody had already put information in my medical requested and other columns.

Now, the days from AOR and total days elapsed column is messed again.

Please do not touch the spread sheet if you don't know how to operate just post on the forum and some one will update the info for you.

Yes, print bio date form, complete and scan in and Attach to an email, make sure in your email you state your UCI Number and application number
