I sent my application on 22nd april they received it on 25th april and my cc was

charged on 7th may and i received my AOR yesterday in the evening time.

Yes, I did on the same date. I am still waiting for my NOA so may be by that time you might receive any confirmation if it's correct.

It is mentioned on the website that they do not provide any confirmation of documents received and updated until they are sent by registered post.

Yes. I e-mailed documents to delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Although you send the documents via registered post the acknowledgement is only on receipt (This acknowledgement is not that of VO, but is for the registered post that the documents are delivered). And there is no acknowledgement on update.

This is what the website says "We will not send confirmation that we have received your documents and updated your file. If you want a confirmation of receipt, you must send your documents by registered mail. Once we receive your documents, we will update your file. You will not be contacted until it is necessary."

this is the bad..... as the mechanical union are taking on strike, elevator are not working... I'm really wondering how could these company survive...

I have another question. I have a valid WP but my visa got expired. Can I apply a visa now? Are these are linked together, anyone who would applied the same and would like to provide some experience ?

Absolutely! Why not? You need a valid WP to apply for renewing your visa. It took me about 30 days and I got my visa stamped with a validity until my WP expires

Hello everybody, finally I received the AOR from CIO-Sydney by paper letter today. but why they sent me by mail?????? :-\

It is possible that you chose communication by mail (I mean you wouldn't have specified the email address in the form)

Oh I am 100% sure I provided my email address on form. When I called CIC early this month. I even confirmed with the email address in their system letter by letter. 8)

Hi Guys,
Bad news for me.. My Application is rejected today as my English Test Score is not as per required. It says...

Your CELPIP test results indicate you scored 3H for Writing. Therefore, your language test results do not meet the required language proficiency for skill level 0.

Can I re-appear and submit the new score for same application or I have to re-apply with new application? Also if it is rejected from VISA office , Do I need to pay the fee again?

please advise guys
