Hello po, sa mga nakapag PDOS na po (spouse of a Permanent Resident) tama na po ba ang requirements na to: (?)

-Original and Photocopy of Valid Passport
-Original and Photocopy of Visa
-One 2x2 or Passporut-size Photograph (Same po ba ito sa nasbmit sa photos sa Appendix B? or kelangan blue ang background?)
-One Valid ID with Photo
-original and Photocopy of COPR
-Duly Completed Registrarion form
-400Php Registration Fee
-Attendance in PDOS

Saan po ba ang tama for PDOS (Spouse of Permanent Resident)

Thank you all! :)

sis bubble: cge icheck nako sis thanks :-*
