sa nakaka alam poh,..ask ko lng pano ba yung sa appendix A kc nung pinasa nmin yung appliction ko d ko finillupan n my anak ako kc dat tym buntis plng ako eh now 4mos.n baby ko now ang tnong ko fifilupan ko b dun sa appendix A yung child? eh naka lagay sa application ko preggy plng ako nun so wala ko finillupan bout child nun...plz pakisagot sa nakakaalm,... tnx,..

d po kc dinedeliver talaga ang sulat samin.. by pick up lang po sya..pero kilala kc ung tita ko dun.eh sabi nila ittx nlng daw nila tita ko pag meron ng letter c hubby.. then kanina, nagtx sila tapos wala pa 5mins, andun na ung mail..taga ilocos norte po...

Na-notify niyo na po ba ang CEM?
Kasi diba po meron always reminder ang Embassy, like dun sa email nila nung "sponsorship approval" na, i-notify sila thru email?
Then jan naman po sa Appendix A, kung may part jan na need sagutan about sa baby, ilagay niyo po ung existing condition niyo, which is may baby na nga po kayo.
Anyway, ano po ang timeline niyo? April batch din po ba kayo? Thank you.

May tanong lang po sana ako sa inyo. I just recently got my PR card. I'm planning to go back to the Philippines to get married and to sponsor my future husband. The waiting period for the releasing of marriage license in the Philippines is 10 working days. However, I'll be arriving there less than 10 days before our wedding date. I was told to get an Affidavit of Cohabitation in lieu of the marriage contract. Is it advisable to get an Affidavit of Cohabitation instead of the marriage contract? Wouldn't the CIC think that we were common-law partners before I landed? Wouldn't that be a problem when the time comes to sponsor him? I'll appreciate all your feedbacks and comments. Baka magka-problema ako kapag i-sponsor ko na sya.

For info lang, I emailed CFO kase about the sticker and PDOS. Eto yung reply saken:

Affirmative, if you are the spouse or partner of a permanent resident in Canada, you are not required to undergo Guidance and Counseling Program and is not required to secure the Guidance Counseling Certificate (GCC). What will be asked from you at the NAIA port of exit as an immigrant visa holder is the CFO emigrant registration sticker affixed into your passport.



For Canada bound immigrants, the following are required for registration and attendance to the PDOS:



- Original passport

- Photocopy of the bio-page of passport (the one with your picture)

- Photocopy of the immigrant visa

- Photocopy of the Confirmation of Permanent Residence

- One (1) passport size photo

- One (1) valid ID

- Duly accomplished registration form, downloadable at http://cfo.gov.ph/pdf/downloadable%20forms/registrationform.pdf

- Payment of P400 registration fee



Please take note that the Canada PDOS is conducted daily on a first-come, first serve, walk-in basis. The seminar runs from 9:30AM to 12NN. Participants per session is limited up to 65 persons only due to limited space. We advise that you arrive at the CFO premises two (2) hours ahead of the seminar schedule so that you can be prioritized and be accommodated for the session that day. We are open as early as 6:30AM.
