Thanks hotheart and now am feeling some what relieved lol.....but then what about the demand draft that you had issued to RECEIVER GENERAL OF CANADA because normally demand draftz are valid for period of six months only...did they tell you to re submit DD again?????

I m new to this forums. i have query abt my application. i got my AOR from CIO on 15 july and i hv courier my documents to buffalo visa office on 6th nov and but due to custom it was delayed and it is expected to reach today i.e. 11th nov which is also the 120 day of submitting my documents. if my documents reach on 11th nov am i at the safe side or i miss the deadline. ( for reference- aor from CIO on 15 july as per email from CIO and if i calculate from 15th july, 11 nov becomes 120 day.)

Please reply me this query. i dont want to miss deadline with one day.

Again for those counting days.. it is unlikely for you to get an e-mail from them today as it's a stat holiday in Canada.

But again there is problem created, the courier company try to deliver today 11th nov but office were closed due to veternans day n they will try tomorrow I.e. 12 nov which will b 121 day. Thas mean I miss my deadline. What will b result? R they accept my application? N if not at what stage I will come to know that they hv returned my application n how many days as per ur experince.

Now it's time to collect documents for Visa Office.I don't want to bring all this in front my employer how can i prepare my work experience letter?
