oh ok thanks mitali i got scared too... haha things are quite sensitive these days... i still havnt received an AOR so im always kinda worried. i have a little problem too i call the london CHC yesterday to ask a few questions and they gave me an email address but that address does not accept emails from me so its not working can u tell me how i can contact them

please help my sis applied in noc 4131 havnt recieved AOR will complete 3 years in job on 1st september 2010,if she send her full doucuments after 1rst sept can she get 19 ponits for experience???one another query how old should be an acount to show to VO she doesnt hav enough money in her current acoount but if she deposit money tommorow would it it be considered good time period??or if any family member help her for money then that person hav to give any affidavit that its a gift for her??? pls reply seniors and other members thanks a lot

Hi,

1. Your sister will have 4 months from the date she gets her AOR.
2. She has a good chance to get 19 points for 3 years of experince as she will be completing 3 years on 1st Sept. Because she has not yet received her AOR...
For eg, if she got her AOR on July 20th then she has till Nov 20th to send her documents.
3. How old should the account be... the older the better which could reflect that her pay slips were being deposited to her account.
4. How many Bank statement should be shown- Atleast 3, but the more the better. Buffalo asks for 6month statement.
5. She cannot borrow any money from anyone. If she would deposit large amount of money, then that would be a big question for VO.
6. You have to justify how you got the money and you have to show evidence how it was deposited.

Can she show property in her name? That can be evaluated and send as POF.

I have no clue why would they not accept your emails...maybe they are swapmed with emails. Can you not share your problem on this Forum... I am sure somebody will be to help you out.

It is very difficult to contact any of the CHC on phone, esp because they get so many questions to answer and all are case specific. I would recommend not to contact CHC because I read one of PMM's post that your case gets delayed if they have to pull out your case file. I do not know for myself if this is true...but PMM is a very respected person on this forum and he gives only the "Right" one line answers.

Yes, you will be required to produce Canadian PCC since you have been residing more than 6m in Canada.. VO will request later, dont get it now as PCC has 3 months validity. Getting PCC from Canada is pretty straight forward and quick. You can contact your local police station and they will guide you through.

I forgot to mention that you need PCC from Home country as well. If you are from India then you can contact the Indian Embassy and they take about 4-5 weeks to issue a PCC from India.

Hi Saki/Mitali/ and All,

My current employer did not provide me detailed reference letter (with full job description). The letter is on official letter head and just shows my Name, designation, job period and salary. However I am not using this job to claim in 38 occupations (as per old list). Is it ok to provide such letter along with job contract or do i still need detailed job duties for this job as well?

A little bit confused :-\

I am not using this job to count towards the 38 listed categories. But I am using this job to accumulate years for my total experience. Like

Job 1: 2004 - 2006 ( NOC is Not in 38 Categories)
Job2: 2006 - 2008 (NOC is in 38 Categories - applying on this base)
Job3: 2008 - 2010 (NOC Not in 38 Categories)

So application is based on Job 2.
Job 1 & Job 3 are not beign used for FSW category. But I am using all three jobs (total 06 yeras) accumulatively to get maximum points for work experience.

So what to do? Plz let me know.

I have one more question regarding PCC. We should get PCC from a country where we lived for 6 months or more. Should this period continuos? Or do we need to get PCC from a country where we lived more than a year but no continuous 6 months.

Actually, I was based in Qatar (Resident Visa by employer) but was frequently traveling to other countries for company business purposes. For example traveled from Qatar to Bahrain (on visit visa) and stayed there for 3 months then came back then after some days/weeks again went to Bahrain (on visit visa) and stayed there for 4 months and so on...... Now I got PCC from Qatar (although I never stayed in Qatar for continuous 06 months inspite of having resident visa due to nature of job) but do I need to get PCC from Bahrain as well (although no continuous stay of 6 months and all stay on visit visa).

Please help and guide....
