Dear All

Can anyone guide that the Pre-June 2010 applicants who got
1: medical request after Jan 2012, OR
2: addition of “Actual Process Start date ...” in their status
was doing continuously emails to visa office? I did email to them in November 2011 and they replied in generic way “During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision". Wait wait....

Means I want to know, whether I have to email inquiry to visa office, can it be beneficial? or just wait.

Waiting for your valuable advice.

hi seniors

i m pre june applicant and my ecase is coming as in process with actual processing date.......but the thing is that at that time i had 4.5 years of experience of job and after sending full docs to nd vo in july 2010,i had changed my job and had informed the vo by sending relieving letter,experience letter,joining report and copy of new appointment letter...but yesterday i realised that my new appointment letter which i had sent for the new job was for 1 year probation period ...although i m continuing same job......but i m confused whether before sending medicals vo people will ask for new appointment letter or renewed letter or it should be fine because i have got points already and i will get medicals straightway.......

Dont worry, it is fine. they will not ask for documents of new job.

I received a mail from NDVO.They asked me to submit the following docs withen 45 days.

-Indian police clearence certificate for my son an
-Proof of contnuous education of my son.

They have written in mail that- Indian police clearence cetificate for xxx.(Police clearence certificate for districts other than punjab,can be signed by senior superinted of police;commissioner of police;deputy commissioner of police;additional deputy comm.of police;SHO;Various inspector and constable rank;sub divisional magistrater the regional passport office may sign a pcc for residence of punjab.Application now residing outside India can obtain pcc issued by the Indian mission responsible for their current arae of residence)

As my son is studying in canada since 2008.I had already submit canadian pcc and his educational documents with my documents.Now my questions are-

-Is VO need pcc before 2008?Is this a ordinary pcc which we generally have from SSP office?
-How can i show his continuous study? Should i write a covering letter or submit Schedule 1 Background declaration form again?From where i noterised his certificates fromCanada or India?

First to answer ur query .yes as per my knowladge concerned police authorities will isse PCC for the period satyed in india ..........

And plz tell us what are ur vague timelines ? when u get processing date added?

Processing is being done on the basis of 2nd AOR. Presently NDVO is procesing applications with full docs received in August 2010.

So the month of Application to CIO-NS doesn't matters.

Before my status turned to real In-process, I send a CSQ to NDVO in the first week of Jan-12. Today, I got following reply from the visa office:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly."

What does this mean? Does this mean that they have started processing my application?

This is just standard letter everyone who request visa office will get it.
