Its almost a week now after the hearing.... why there is no urgency from the labor board to issue their decision so that future actions be decided by the parties involved? Now they also want to play along and delay things further for so called Fast Track Process. I think no one is seriously...

I think CIC need to find one E. Sridharan to manage things and put them back on track

I submitted my docs in December 2010 My 2nd AOR was dated Jan 9 2011. I think i have to wait for a minimum 6 months to get some movement in my case....
