I think if they returned application with any mistakes pointing out , they should advise to resubmit it again with their covering letter mentioning that “As you have applied in previous rules so that your application will be processed as per old rules”.

I just called CIC to follow up, i was told they are opening the applications that were received on the 15th of April.

i dont think they speedup.they still processing cases of 16 april upto today feedback.

chk maran1976 status.the app received date in CIC 13 April.so its more thn 75 days for AOR not 13 days.our calculation is on from the receiving date in CIC.

That means one month statement is enough? So may i sent my document without wasting any time to CHC Delhi after collating it.I thought because of statement i need to wait for atleast 3 months.Any body have any other views.

Hi,

Yes one month is enough BUT CHC can question about the funds and you must have an explanation that these funds are actually yours and you got it by say selling some of your asset. I would say just send the current balance statement which shows only current balance dont send the 1 month statement ( it will work) and later if by any chance CHC request you to send the statement then send it for 3 months because by that time you will have these funds in your account for 3 months

will there be any negative impact on our applications for those NOCs which have been removed now like 0213, 4131, 4121 with new changes/ new list of 29 occupations ?

I know processing of old applications will be done according to the rules which were applicable before 26th June. I am only thinking of any negative impact/effect for applicants with those NOCs which are now eliminated....

What do u guys think?

Hi,

It wont have any negative effect if you get your first AOR, the only concern is that if CIC return your application because of incomplete form then their is a chance that you wont be consider under old rules and you will miss out the new NOC list as you will be applying under the new rules.

Yes it does mean that application passed all other stages like job duties and NOC and in the end when they charge the fees it didnt work.

As far as my knowlege is and what i have heard from seniors is that if your application is returen because of the problem in application forms then you will be consider under the new rules when you will apply next time because it will completely a new application.

As i said as far my knowledge and what i have heard from seniors is that if application is returned because of missing information on the application form then it will be submitted as a new application and new rules will apply. But this is only what seniors are saying no one can be exactly sure unless we see some case like this.

Saki pls tell yr views regarding cases before June 25,2010.Will these cases be speeded up or remain with same speed or will be ignored for longer period.From present trend cio is not taking keen interests to get the things done as early as it was in previous days.

hi mitali, i did not use credit card. I had sent a DD for 1250 CAD . Their email confirms 10th June as payment received date .
