The Buffalo Visa office instructions do not state that original TORs need to be submitted so University stamped and sealed transcripts should be good enough. Had they wanted original TOR they would have explicitly mentioned as done in case of work experience documents and language proficency.

Hi! I should have asked you first your visa office before giving my opinion. We have different visa offices so we have different instructions. Manila Visa Office specifically mentioned that the TORs must be original and in sealed university envelope. Anyway, goodluck! I hope you got the answer you needed.

Dear mrshah,

Did your job description similar to NOC 0213 ?
If your job responsibility is similar to 0213, then you can expect 15 points for working more than 1 year but less than 2 year.
