Question 1.) For those who have got their AOR, How long do they specify the time limit to send all the Docs to the Visa office ?

Question 2. ) Is it a must to send in original university transcripts in university sealed envelops ? if yes than is it required for both principle applicant and spouse ? OR can we send in Attested Photocopies of all transcripts ?

Q1. 120 days given to submit full dox in SINGLE package to Visa Office

Q2. Yes, TORs must be original and in university sealed envelopes. Yes, they are for both the principal applicant and spouse. We are not given a choice to submit attested copies... just in case you choose to do so (at your own risk), just make sure that they are still in university sealed envelopes and write a letter explaining why you are submitting attested copies instead of originals. I think, they want to obtain new copies of TORs from your current registrar so they'll know who to look for when they verify your documents. Well, that's just what I think if I happen to be a visa officer, wahaha... lolz :)

Anyway, can't you submit original TORs? I am just curious... you may choose not to answer... hope I did not make you more confused... Good luck!

Congratulations to Abilex, Imran and Suja for getting their AOR !!!

Thank you to you all for keeping us updated on status.

Cheers

My appication reached on 13th April and I checked with my bank today.. but unfortunately.. the DD is still outstanding...

Just want to update my Status:

CC Charged on June 7th 2010
Have u done ur ILETS when u sent ur application or now u will be appearing?
Bcs I did not appear in ILTES and my files applcation date is 19th April 2010.

Hi murtazaabbasi,

About IELTS there is no clear instruction on the guide. Still now people are sending application to CIO without IELTS. Yesterday one of my friend send application to CIO which will be reached on CIO by the end of the next week without IELTS.

So I think you need not to send IELTS with the application to CIO

My Interpretation about IELTS is that, You have to provide IELTS results when you send your full documents to the your local CHC for the first time. CHC will not ask for IELTS results separately.
In short IELTS is now mandatory to avoid cases where people from non English speaking countries were providing written proof of their English skills in lieu of IELTS. But it is not required to send your IELTS results to CIO.
My application reached CIO on 14th April and I have not provided IELTS results with that.

I think this is the general understanding of other people on this forum as well.

Others plz share your views.

londonontario, gavi and rubyat, I have a question to you all.

Since your application was recd post april 10, and your cc/dd are charged, pls. tell us have any of you sent IELTS result copy with your application to CIO?

a) if yes then we still doubt that the april 10 ielts cut off exists or not.

b) if not then it means this april 10 ielts condition is bull ****.

Hi parygre

NO i did not send my IELTS test result along. Infact i still am yet to take the test. The New rule applies to only those who come from native english speaking countries and not others

It means no ielts required initially. so just chill baby

The Buffalo Visa office instructions do not state that original TORs need to be submitted so University stamped and sealed transcripts should be good enough. Had they wanted original TOR they would have explicitly mentioned as done in case of work experience documents and language proficency.

Seniors please guide..

No.You should sent IELTS results after Sydney approval to your local visa office.
There is no info re IELTS in the document check list.
I have sent my application in June and did not put IELTS as well.
