Received my CAIPS file today. It says

Preparation Review complete, FOSS check done, Processing fee paid, IELTS on File verified online, Photo on TRF identical. Work Exp: documents appear genuine, Edn: documents appear genuine, Civil documents on file- appear genuine Photos on file- compliant Indian PCC on file- nothing adverse. Pending: Medicals, RPRF X (xx) - B/CRIM - Original PPT File FWDD for Officer's review.

There are no BFDs, Points calculation only partial, but the above passage is given as an ending note. i don't feel I am in a safe zone. However your valuable comments are appreciated, Regards, Nicky

My advice is......wait until you get the letter in your hand. There have been so many errors in the system in the past.

Since June 2011 My application online was "in process" with RBVO details

Today They added a line that processing has started on 17 May 2012.

Is this good news?

this is good news
it basically means that they actually started working on your file and you should get meds soon

Yesterday i received my refusal letter
mentioning that my Job Duties did not match :-[
i am out from this game

i dont know how to process appeal against decision
if it is going to take 3500 $ again for
then i dont think that we should avail this opportunity
Today i am Sad
after two to three days hopefully i will be out of shock
so see you after two to three days
Thanks for all of you supporting me in crucial time (almost 752 days)

i wish you all best of luck

there is no one status change from in process to decision made without inprocess date

and after that recived wait letter or update doc its fact right? or recived rejection even before inprocess date.
