After In Process anyone in the forum received any letter from the VO....I am still waiting for the one...

didn't heard that any1 received any Document request or MR after IN PROCESS with PROCESSING DATE.

Hopefully in March/April , Picture will be More Clear.

My application was reviewed and stared processing on 17th feb. on 21st feb, I got email regarding my wife's PCC. I sent it on next day. waiting for their response...

did u forgot to submit PCC of ur wife at doc submission when u send doc to ND VO

or they had ask again for ur Wife PCC?

look mine details on left side. it was 2yrs and might be they were thinking that my wife could be in UK. but c was not here till now. i have already sent fax saying about it. also, before that, i had baby, when i informed them, they asked me immediately via email to send my updated forms, baby's pp, application fee. later on, when i sent it, they asked my wife's PCC immediately. its around 1month, they are silent about my file..lets see...

lots of applicants around the world seeing their Ecas changed to IP with a date.

It's highly likely that you will receive MR soon. Trending here from Manila VO that all cases who went "in-process" in February-March 2012 with or without processing dates received their MRs. God bless.

Full documents sent in May 2010. Arman, NOC 3112 got his MR today.

Hi,

I need your advise on my current situation.

I applied for PR in April 2010. My company sent me to USA on work visa around April 2011.
Before coming to USA, I informed Canadian Embassy that I am going for a 3 months work related trip to USA and that my correspondence address will remains the same.
My stay in USA was extended to long term (Till Jan 2014) on request of client around July 2011. Since then I am in USA. I didn't informed Canadian Embassy about this extension in USA.

Issues for which I need your advise:
1) As per Canadian Embassy, I should be in India after July 2011. Is this a problem?
2) If any Medical request comes and I send medicals from USA. Will they questions my location?
3) If PP request comes then how I should manage sending PP to India.

I have seen lot of informed and good people in this forum who helps others like us with their useful advises.

As per letter isuued by VO,informing thereby recpt of full docs(2ND AOR), an applicant is required to inform the VO in writing if there is any change in constitution of family,address for communication nd withdrawal of application.

Since ur relocation to another country is for more than six months,u should have informed them about the circumstances which warranted u to stay in USA for such an extended priod of time.

Still, I feel u should do so, supporting ur cover letter with required all the necessary docs,such as: i, LETTER FROM UR COMPANY SHOWING UR EXTENDED POSTING IN USA.ii. Legal doc that allows u to stay in USA(Neccessary VISA DOC FOR STAY IN USA). iii. Ur residential address in USA WITH PROOF THEREOF.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 20, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Cant see the DM line here. Haev u got just as a status as DM and inside its still IP is it like that?
