i have a dought....if the CC is charges does it mean that the application is accepted by CIO.And therefore you can expect AOR...
 
Dear all,
I just noticed that I have forgotten to fill in( I left it blank insteat of writing None) at Imm0008 'Other countries with resindent status' for my husband and kids. Would it be a problem and a cause for returning my application? What do you think, should I try to Contact CIC and explain to them?
Please give your advice, comment.
 
hi i'm new in this forum..i also applied last feb 14,2010.. my first application was refused last march 2010 due to insufficient points..trying my luck this time for i had the complete document they need.. hope to hear from you guys, i'll update you with mine.. good luck to all.

they will not assist you at this case by phone, email or any written letter. most of the cases, left blank spaces are being returned..im not sure about your case..might be u r lucky .

I guess nobody knows it clearly. But as it can be supposed from refusal e-mails it looks so.
This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your Fee Payment Form (Imm5620) authorizing CIC to take payment of processing fees using the credit card details provided. Since your application is not eligible for processing, the credit card was NOT charged and no charges will appear on your credit card statement.

its a green signal for acceptance. if cc has been charged. if they want to return..your cc will not be charged

most likely, yes, if cc is charged then AOR is issued. So far i have not noticed anybody on ths forum whose cc/dd charged but has been refused for AOR. But have seen so many whose application returned/rejected and cc/dd not charged.

In fact on the rejection email sent to applicant by CIO they categorically mention that ur CC is not ben charged becasue ur application returned/refused.

Logically, if they firstly charge the money and then find the applicant is ineligible then they have to return the money. BY doing so they will increase their work and will waste time, money and energy. So as per my belief canadians are wise people they alwasy try to reduce the work rather than increasing.

If anybody has noticed a case with CC/DD charged but AOR denied, pls. share with us.

just as i was about to leave the my office 1 hour ago i checked my debit card account (i always do that everyday before leaving office since this application was sent) and saw it was debited for usd 545.00, i am so happy that despite some error i mentioned to you people i saw in m additional information form (didn't write my name and my parents names) and also not mentionung enough proof of fund(mistakenly), my visa debit card was still debited. this means i would get an aor soonest.

for the records, i sent mine on 6th april, it got to them on 9th april and my visa debit card was debited on 02/06/2010.

praise the Lord with me.
