what its mean by file transfer, when i checked my status online it says cio review complete. but i cannot see file transfer date. Please don mind to explain.

HI , I am a pre June 26th applicant. I have one small doubt. Preparing to send my full documents to VO in the following week.

The checklist for VO, ND , Page A-2 , point no 4, first point starts with the work 'Passport' and the second half ofit asks to include phtocopies .

so at this stage

1. Shoul I include both original passport and photocopies

or

2. Just the photocopies ?


And the fee payment instructions in the VO checklist is confusing. I have already sent fees to CIO, NS. SO what so I do now ?

Hi,

File transfer is when your file is transfer from one visa to another so they mention the date when file is transfer. For example like Pakistan visa office transfered files of the applicants to London so now in there status it comes like "We transfered your file to London visa office (date)". But your next status will be "Received By Visa Office" then "in-process".

Hi,

At this stage you only need to send the copy of the passport, original passport will be requested once you are done with medicals. The fees they are asking about is RPRF which is $490 per applicant you can pay this either now or wait until you receive your medical request then they will ask you for the fees.

Hi,

Yes you can use the file number to check your status and currently it should be "CIO Eligiblity Review Completed" make sure you fill the details correctly and choose "Immigration File Number" in the first box it will show your details.

Hi,

At this stage only the courier service you used can confirm that they have delivered the documents on the given address but later your ecase status will change to " Received By VO" and then shortly you will receive the 2nd AOR which will be the acknowledgement that they have received your documents.

Courier service providers confirmed the delivery, but I'm afraid as they delivered it on a non working day (saturday)

Generally how long it will take for " Received By VO" status? Or can I call the VO and confirm?

Dont worry if they have confirmed the delivery then they must have delivered it. It depends on the visa office how busy it is if its not much then you will get your 2nd AOR in 10-15 days but like London visa office it takes 1.5-2 months to get AOR. Dont worry wait for 2-3 weeks you will see your status change.
