Hi guys

there is bad news i have got my application back saying that i have not paid my husband fee. now what to do. well if i see new occupation list i still qualify coz what ever duties i was performing under 0213 are listed under 1122 category. can anybody tell me if i can apply again as records management systems analyst ? i sopke to my employer and they are ready to provide me experience letter.

please reply and guide me

Can you advise me what you did? I only paid for my application. I didn't pay the one for my wife..
I believe my consultant sent only one payment. :

WELL WHEN DID U SEND FILE TO CIO. INCASE ITS NOT TOO LATE WITHDRAW APPLICATION OTHER WISE U WILL GET ALL UR DOCUMENTS BACK AND U WOULD WASTE UR TIME..

MY HUSBAND WAS INCLUDED IN APPLICATION AND I DIDNT PAY 550 FOR HIM.. SO EVERYTHING WENT WRONG AND NOW 0213 IS NOT ON LIST..

application was sent in mid June.. my NOC is 1111 which is no longer in the new list.. will have to talk to my consultant ASAP about this.. thanks for the advice.. :'(

I have a question. My cousin has:
- About 2 years experience in one of 38 categories (0213) in Level A - Jan 2004 to Oct 2005 (Applied on the basis of this job)
- About 01 year in another category out of 38 categories (Engineer - Level A) - Oct 2005 - Aug 2006
- She applied before the changes happened.
- She sent her application on May 24 and it was received by CIO on May 28.
- She went to UK for masters. She completed her masters and M Phil in 2008 (Jan 2007 - Dec 2008)
- During studies she also got married.
- So now since Jan 2009, she is not working and is just a house wife.

What do you guys think about the effects of not working/unemployment on his applications?

Any thoughts?

Hi Navali,

!. Your cousin actually has 1yr of experience Jan 2004-Oct 2005 in the qualifying NOC category of 0213
2. Unfortunately she can not claim poits for her 2nd job as it is less than 1 yr.

For her to be able to claim points she should have been in the job for 1 continuous yr.

3. She should (?) get points for education as she did Masters (Its a 11m course? Hopefully she gets her certificate that mentions 1yr)
4. She is eligible as she is within 10yrs of her last job and her NOC was part of the Ministerial list pre 26th Jun.
5. There are no negative impact of being a housewife and currently not working . Everyone can take a break. They generally perform better after a break.

Hopefully she will get a job soon.
