kindly tell me that are these enough

hello guys i m from canada, regular visitor of this forum coz my sister from india applied under skilled worker on may11th,i hav question seniors pls help, my sister's institute did'nt hav letterpad so she wrote all job duties on a plain paper and got stamp and all other stuff but without letterpad could be a problem?

@ alizia, good job, I think its enough, however, take a printout of checklist of visa office specific instrctions, see if you r missing somethhing or not, and attach it as an index to your application and send it. All the best.

@hopeforbest Its not a problem if the institute doesnt have letter pad, howevver, its good if she can get an affidavit of her job duties.

seems very tough to
attest documents from different organizations
first we have to attest documents from board and university
then we have to go to IBC and HEC
afterwords attestation form foreign office
and lastly from notary public
OOO00ps
tough job

Good Job...alizia. For completeness and accuracy, you can check the VO requirents for your country of application.

Since your VO is now London, you can check the following links to harmonise your position.

For Islamabad - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37020.pdf

For London - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37023.pdf

Cheers.

Hi Mena,

See as 80% of them are matching with it so dont worry, in normal it should match 70% of the job duties given. You will get through it but when you send your documents to visa office you can do two things either clarify this that it was mentioned by mistake by your lawyer or just dont say a word. One job duty not matching will not make a differnce. I would say when you send your full docs just send your nomal JD and if later visa officer asks you about it then explain it that you were not aware of it and lawyer did it for you.

Cheers

Hi All,

This is a thread for all FSW Applicants who have applied (or are planning to apply) to Sydney Nova Scotia in April 2010.

I have applied under FSW 2 and sent my application by Indian Speed Post on 03 April 2010. I am hoping that it will be received by CIC on 12 April 2010. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Let's connect and keep each other informed and motivated!
