i have the experience letter and bussiness card only.is there any affidavit to be send for not having emp. contract.
one more thing i want to ask, should we give experience letter,employment contract etc for jobs that r not in noc or we have to give for only that falls in noc.

can seniors will advice us.it is enough or we have to shows any other legal proof for past employer.

Hi Manoj,

When you check the status of your application online do you see "Application in process" for your application? I just see "Application received" for my status.... just wondering and curious. I was told that the processing for my application was started on 2nd June. And my address has been updated on the website today.

Hi Ramoo,

Welcome to the thread.
I presume you are still waiting for your 1 AOR from Sydney. You will get a list of requirements and doc to be sent to CIO along with your 1st AOR. I believe you have to send a copy of 'employment contract' if you have one but ORIGINAL up to date reference letters.

Hi Ramy,
You can check the requirement of your specific visa office through this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
usually the visa office require a CERTIFIED copy of the origional employment contract.

Guys,

i have a valid study permit for canada ,does this will support my case.
I will quit my job in one month from now,to continue my study in canada for 8 months,iam afraid that they will request the contract after this time bearing in your mind that i have only a copy and the i miss the original contract.so is it easy or do you have ant experience about that issue ,any one before requested to send the original one.

Hi,
when 10th april rule came in it was said that you need to send your Ielts result in the first stage But many applicants didnt do that and has successfully received the AOR. The actually 10th april rule says that you must submit your ielts result to visa office with your full docs and visa office will not give you a second chance if you didnt submit it or scored less then what you mention your language skills in the application. so u must submit Ielts with your full docs and must achieve the required score to get points.
